These terms govern your use of indexive.ai (the "site"), operated by Indexive AI ("Indexive", "we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Paid work is governed by a separate written agreement between you and us. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement controls for that work.
The site describes our services, publishes guides and notes on search and AI answer engines, and lets you request a free execution audit or contact us. The audit is an assessment of your site that we deliver by email. Requesting one does not create a client relationship, and neither party has to continue after it.
The guides, notes, and other content on the site are general information. We write them from the primary documentation named on each page and check them on the date shown, but search engines and AI products change their behavior, and documentation changes without notice. Confirm any detail that matters to a decision against the source.
Nothing on the site guarantees a ranking, a citation in an AI answer, a level of traffic, or any other business result. Search engines and AI providers make their own decisions, and no one outside them controls those outcomes. Illustrative charts and example data on the site are labeled as such and are not results from real clients.
You agree not to:
The site, its design, text, charts, and code are owned by Indexive or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may read the site, share links to it, and quote short excerpts of the research content with clear attribution and a link to the original page. Any other copying, republishing, or commercial use needs our written permission.
Names, logos, and marks of other companies on the site belong to them and appear to identify those companies or tools. Their appearance does not mean they endorse us.
When you submit your website address or email, you confirm that the details are yours to share and that we may use them to respond to you as described in our Privacy Policy. We will treat what you share as confidential business information and will not publish it.
The site links to documentation and other material published by third parties. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or practices.
We try to keep the site available and accurate, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or free of errors. We may change, suspend, or remove any part of it at any time.
The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent the law allows, Indexive and the people who work for it are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, traffic, or data, arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content. Our total liability for any claim related to the site is limited to one hundred US dollars. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
You agree to cover claims, losses, and reasonable costs that arise from your misuse of the site or from information you submit that you had no right to share.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Courts located in San Francisco County, California have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes about the site, and you and we consent to them. If you use the site as a consumer, you keep any mandatory rights your local law gives you.
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and using the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
Questions about these terms can be sent through the form on our contact page, and we will reply by email.
